  • The Conference is a family-friendly event. Attendees and Vendors are welcome to bring their children. All children planning on participating in the breakfast buffets, lunches and Gala Awards Dinner will need to purchase a Kids Club conference badge.

Online Registration Steps

Our online registration system will guide you through the following steps. If you have any questions, we are here to assist you by email or by phone at (760) 798-2957, Ext 112.

Step 1: Purchase a Sponsorship Booth Package as outlined on the Sponsorships page.

Basic booths include one three-night hotel package and one full conference badge. The conference badge provides admission to all conference events and meals as described in the Schedule of Events. Room packages and the number of conference badges vary with premium sponsorships.

Step 2: Purchase any additional Badges as needed when you register.

You will have the opportunity to purchase additional badges during the registration process. The conference badge provides admission to all conference events and meals.

Step 3: Purchase additional room nights as needed when you register.

The hotel package dates are non-negotiable and cannot be shifted. If you plan to participate in the Golf Tournament on Wednesday, July 7, 2021, you will need to purchase an additional night for July 6, 2021.

Step 4: Purchase additional 3-Night Hotel Packages for Exhibitor Staff as needed when you register.

If additional hotel packages are needed for your staff, you can purchase them during registration. See details below.

All attendees, including those sharing accommodations that are 13 years of age or older must register separately as a GUEST (up to two (2) guests per room. )

Co-workers or associates in the industry do not qualify as Guests. They must register with a full 3-night conference package. 

Guests are welcome to participate in the Welcome Reception, General Sessions, Keynote Sessions, Vendor Trade Show, and the Awards Night Dinner. 

Step 5: Register for the Golf Tournament and secure optional sponsorships as desired when you register.

Secure Online Credit Card Payments

Online credit card payments are accepted for all registrations and sponsorships. Should you need to make special arrangements, please contact us by email.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel and expect a full refund less a $75 administrative fee up until April 27, 2022. Notice of a cancellation must be sent in writing to UME Productions' Registration Department.  Cancellations afterApril 27, 2022 will be deemed non-refundable.

Allowable refunds are not made until after JIBNFA has settled all accounts and obligations, no sooner than 30 days following the close of the conference on July 1, 2022.
