    *ADDITIONAL ROOM OCCUPANTS (maximum of 4 per room):
    A charge of $20 per person, per night will be added to the folio for each guest over double occupancy. There will be no charge for children up to and including the age of 12 years who share the room with their parents. Maximum occupancy per room is four (4).

Optional: Additional Room Nights - $250*

If you wish to extend your stay at the Gaylord Opryland Resort either before or after the conference package dates, additional room nights are available at $250 per night, pre/post between July 2 to July 14, 2021, based on availability. You must book no later than June 2, 2021 to secure this rate.

*Additional room nights are based on availability. Rate includes all taxes and daily resort fees.

Optional: Golf Tournament $150 without club rental | $215 with club rental

The annual golf tournament will be held at Gaylord Springs Golf Links on Wednesday, July 7, 2021, beginning with breakfast for golfers. An additional room night is required for Tuesday, July 6, 2021.

Guests and Kids Club


All attendees, including those sharing accommodations that are 13 years of age or older must register separately as a GUEST (up to two (2) guests per room. )

Co-workers or associates in the industry do not qualify as Guests. They must register with a full 3-night conference package. 

Guests are welcome to participate in the Welcome Reception, General Sessions, Keynote Sessions, Vendor Trade Show, and the Awards Night Dinner. 

Kids Club for Ages 5 to 12

The Conference is a family-friendly event. Attendees and Vendors are welcome to bring their children. All children planning on participating in the breakfast buffets, lunches and Gala Awards Dinner will need to purchase a Kids Club conference badge ($150 per child).

The hotel property acknowledges the Kids Club from 5-12 years of age.  Activities and kids-specific food functions will be provided during Conference hours, INCLUDING during the Vendor Tradeshow and Final Night Awards Dinner to those children registered. If you wish your child to NOT attend the Kids Club during any of the posted times, or if your child has specific food needs, please acknowledge under *Additional Comments section of registration.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel and expect a full refund less a $75 administrative fee up until May 7, 2021. Notice of a cancellation must be sent in writing to UME Productions' Registration Department.  Cancellations after May 7, 2021 will be deemed non-refundable.

Allowable refunds are not made until after JIBNFA has settled all accounts and obligations, no sooner than 30 days following the close of the conference on July 10, 2021.
