    ***Hotel Policy: Room rates are quoted based on single or double occupancy. Additional occupants over double occupancy will be charged at a rate of $50.00 per person, per night, plus applicable Resort Charges, with a maximum of four (4) persons per guest room allowed. This will be charged to your incidentals upon checkout. (Infants 0-4 are not considered a 5th person in a room)

If you wish to extend your stay at the Atlantis either before or after the conference package dates, additional room nights are available at $400 per night on July 13, 14, 15 and 20, 2018, based on availability. You must book no later than April 30, 2018 to secure this rate. The $400 rate includes the Daily Resort Fee of $49.95 plus VAT per room per night. Gratuities not included. See above for details.

Guests and Kids Club

All attendees, including those sharing accommodations that are 12 years of age or older must register separately as a GUEST (up to two (2) guests per room. (Hotel strictly enforces no more than 4 persons in a room).

Co-workers or associates in the industry do not qualify as Guests. They must register with a full 4-night conference package. 

Guests are welcome to participate in the Welcome Reception, General Sessions, Keynote Sessions, Vendor Trade Show, and the Awards Night Dinner. 

Kids Club for Ages 4 to 11

The Conference is a family-friendly event. Attendees and Vendors are welcome to bring their children. All children planning on participating in the breakfast buffets, lunches and Gala Awards Dinner will need to purchase a Kids Club conference badge ($350).

The hotel property acknowledges the Kids Club from 4-12 years of age.  Activities and kids-specific food functions will be provided during Conference hours, INCLUDING during the Vendor Tradeshow and Final Night Awards Dinner to those children registered. If you wish your child to NOT attend the Kids Club during any of the posted times, or if your child has specific food needs, please acknowledge under *Additional Comments section of registration.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel and expect a full refund up until June 8, 2018. Notice of a cancellation must be sent in writing to UME Productions' Registration Department.  Cancellations after June 8, 2018 will be deemed non-refundable.

Allowable refunds are not made until after JIBNFA has settled all accounts and obligations, no sooner than 60 days following the close of the conference on July 20, 2018.

Franchisee Registration

Franchise Operator and Partner Discounts

Franchise Operators will receive two discounted registration packages. Franchise Partners will receive one discounted registration package. Each will be emailed a special registration code to use.

**Additional room packages can be purchased for those bringing additional family, managers & staff only.

The Registration Packages are based on double occupancy. Review the details for each conference package here. The four-night Conference Package dates are July 16, 17, 18 and 19, 2018.

Non-Franchisees and Franchisees -Non-NFA Member attendees conference packages are $2,000. (Limit one)

Registration Instructions

1.    BEFORE YOU REGISTER:
It is recommended you arrange your Airline/Flight reservations from your departure city to / from Nassau, Bahamas (NAS) using the preferred airline carriers listed on the web page under the ‘Travel’ tab prior to registration. Please note that our Conference kicks off at 6:00pm on Monday, July 16th with the Welcome Reception.  Be cautious when booking your flights if you plan on making it to the Welcome Reception, as some flights do not arrive until later in the evening.


2.    GOLF TOURNAMENT - Monday at 7:00am
Our annual Golf Tournament is on Monday, July at 7:00am. If you plan to participate, you will want to arrive on Sunday, July 15 and book an additional night at the hotel.


3.    ENTER EMAIL, SELECT REG TYPE:
Main Registration Type (Franchise Operator or Partner):
If sharing a room with another Franchise Owner, manager, staff or vendor, one of you (the main contact) would select the main registration type (Franchise Operator or Franchise Operator) in which to complete the hotel arrival and departure dates. Make sure you have your discount code available before you begin the registration process.

Spouse & Guest Registration Type:
The Spouse & Guest Registration type will only be able to select whether to share a room with the registered Operator or Partner or to reserve an additional room in their name. This will eliminate duplicate hotel room entries. Please note, the Atlantis resort has an age minimum in their rooms, no one under 18 may reserve a room in their name.


4.    PERSONAL INFORMATION & EMAIL ADDRESS:
Enter your personal information on the next section. Please use the correct email address. For those registering on behalf of another, this will be used for very important correspondence, and the individual registering on behalf of another should include their email address in the “secondary email” field, NOT in the primary email field.

5.    AGENDA: 
Select the Conference Package ($2000). Then enter your Discount Code if applicable in the Discount box. Proceed.

Confirm you plan on arriving on or before Monday, July 16th. The golf tournament is on Monday, July 16th , so you may want to arrive on Sunday if you plan to participate. 

You will see our planned agenda on a schedule so you can plan out your week in the Bahamas. Select the events you plan to attend.

6.    HOTEL INFORMATION: 
Enter your hotel arrival and departure dates (if you are sharing a room with another REGISTERED attendee, your hotel information will not be collected.) If you are not prompted to collected arrival and departure information, you have NOT selected that you need a room reservation for yourself.

*NOTE - if you purchased additional nights before or after the conference dates, the total will be calculated in the final invoice as an average daily balance (minus the 4 nights covered under your hotel package).

7.    CHECKOUT: 
Here you will enter either your credit card information or "choose and submit".

8.    CONFIRMATION: 
You should receive a printable confirmation page with a bar code on it, as well as a link to make edits to your registration, after you have completed the registration process successfully.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Conference registrations cancelled on or before May 1, 2018 will be entitled to a full refund, minus an administration charge of $75. Registrations cancelled after May 1, 2018 will not be entitled to a refund. Please forward cancellations by email to UME Productions at registration@UMEproductions.com. Refunds will be processed thirty (30) days AFTER the conference ends. You can expect your refund around August 20, 2018.
